This notice describes the current private LYVGO preview. The public business identity, privacy contact and final service policies must be established before a public commercial launch.
Account and saved searches
Preview sign-in provides an account identifier, email address and, when available, a display name. We use the identifier to keep saved trip searches, Club interest and any future reward entries separate for each account. We do not ask for passport details or payment card information.
Your region
Seasonal inspiration may use a broad country signal supplied by the hosting service or your browser’s time zone. You can choose a different region. The chosen region is stored on this device. We do not request precise GPS location.
Anonymous analytics
Optional analytics are off until you allow them. If allowed, LYVGO records only aggregate product events such as a season change, destination selection, search, provider visit, sign-in start or Club-list registration. It does not attach an account ID, email address, route, travel dates, IP address or outbound URL to those events. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.

When you open another website
A provider link can include your destination, dates, adult count and room count. These details are sent to that provider when you open its link. Its own privacy notice then applies. Account email addresses and reward records are not included in provider search links.
Cookies and storage
The preview uses authentication storage needed for sign-in and device storage for your selected region and analytics choice. No advertising pixels or optional third-party analytics have been installed. External websites may use their own cookies.
Your choices
You can remove a saved trip from your active account collection. This archives the record rather than immediately erasing it. You can change the analytics choice above or clear your region preference in your browser’s site-data settings. During the private preview, request full account or record deletion through the project owner in the conversation where access was provided.
Retention and public launch
Preview records are kept for the duration of testing unless deletion is requested. A final retention schedule, controller contact, lawful bases, processors, international transfer information and data-rights process will be published before public registration opens.
