Current service
LYVGO is a travel-discovery service. It is not selling travel, taking reservation payments, issuing tickets or operating as a travel agency, package organiser or merchant of record. Provider names identify external destinations for your search and do not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Prices and availability
Where an approved live source is visibly labelled, its prices are a time-limited snapshot only. Otherwise LYVGO does not display live flight or accommodation quotes. The provider determines the payable price, availability, actual seller and contract terms. Search links may require you to re-enter or confirm dates, occupancy, currency and other details.
Provider and affiliate links
Some partner links are commercial and are labelled near the action. If a visitor separately allows partner-link technology, Awin and impact.com may also convert other eligible travel links into commission-tracked links. LYVGO may earn a commission at no extra cost to the traveller. No LYVGO booking or processing fee is charged. The provider—not LYVGO—handles payment, fulfilment, changes, refunds and reservation support.
Separate provider services
Each provider service is a separate transaction. LYVGO does not combine flights, stays, transfers, activities or other services into a cart; it does not send booking confirmation; and it does not collect or pass your card, passport, account name or email to a provider. It passes only the search details you selected, such as route, dates and guest count.
When you continue to a provider, that provider confirms the actual seller, availability, price, taxes, terms and cancellation rules before any payment. For a problem with a reservation, contact the provider that took payment.
Linked travel arrangements
LYVGO is designed for separate direct provider hand-offs and does not currently facilitate a linked-travel purchase. Any feature that could create a linked-travel arrangement will remain unavailable until its legal classification, required consumer information, insolvency protection and Portugal-specific registration obligations have been reviewed. This statement does not override rights that apply by law.
The planned Club
The proposed Club price is €4.99 per month for six paid months, then €7.99 per month. Club Plus is proposed at €12.99 per month. Planned prices include VAT. A proposed 14-day trial and online cancellation will be confirmed at any future checkout. Paid subscriptions and trials are not active today.
Joining the launch list only records interest. It does not authorise a payment, create a subscription or entitle you to discounts or credits. Full benefits, billing, cancellation and applicable withdrawal rights must be confirmed at the future checkout before any subscription starts.
Rewards
Rewards are not currently active. Future credit will be restricted to eligible tracked and completed bookings confirmed by an approved partner. Amounts, expiry, limits and redemption rules must be published before earning starts. Unconfirmed, cancelled, duplicate or fraudulent bookings will not qualify.
External reservations
The seller’s terms govern reservations, changes, refunds and support. Check baggage, self-transfer risk, cancellation deadlines, local taxes and additional charges directly before booking.
Before commercial release
The business operator’s legal identity, registration and contact information, consumer terms, complaints procedure and any required travel-sector authorisations will be provided before LYVGO offers a public commercial booking or subscription service.
